Uncanny X-Men 504 Cover Finalby *TerryDodson

The final art to the cover of Uncanny X-Men 504 featuring a mohawk era Josephine Baker inspired Storm, a Clara Bow inspired Emma Frost, Rogue as a Bellhop and 2 (!) Psylockes! I actually drew the cover to the issue as a more generic team shot (see Uncanny X-Men 505) and then after reading the script, I drew a new (this) cover which much better summed up the issue. It's a look into Cyclop's dreamscape and the women who inhabit it!

It's the kind of cover that makes the reader go, "Huh?!", for various reasons and pick up the book, my job completed!

This is one of my more favorite covers I've done both in concept and execution.

Art was colored in Photoshop CS3 with a Wacom Intuos Graphic Tablet. The lovely and talented Rachel Dodson inked my penciled version.
