Supergirl San Diego 2010 by TerryDodson Supergirl San Diego 2010 by TerryDodson
This is a unique sketch, featuring Supergirl, from SDCC 2010. It's drawn knowing there will be a 2nd commissioned figure put in at a later convention, Batgirl, who I roughed in quickly here. Fun setting yourself up like that for a challenge! Though I think this was the harder stage as the Batgirl will practically draw herself!

Drawn with Col Erase Light Blue Pencil, Staedtler HB Lead, Black Copic Mulitliners 05 and 08 Markers, Brown Pitt "S" Marker, Warm Grey Copics and White, Cream and Henna Prismacolor Pencils on 12" x 16" Canson Pastel Paper.

I kind off like the sketchiness of this. Adds a lot of character to it.

The speed that is needed to produce at a convention really leaves me no time to clean up the drawing, I just go full speed!
