If this was a 1960s film, she would be Marie Gomez !

Lovely art. "Sonriente" doesn't have any graphic accent (´).

You're welcome, you could correct the misspelling please. It's sad that something that has to be seen by a lot of spanish speakers has misspellings.

I'm fully aware of the spelling of the word Sonrienté - if you read what I wrote below the artwork you will see that. HOWEVER, when I use all capitals for the words for artwork, I don't add accents to my letters - regardless if it's Spanish, French, German - it's very common to drop out the accents for this kind of advertising work simply to make it look for unified.

I'm sorry If I offended you. I didn't mean to. I know that usually one does not use accents in advertising. It's just that it kinda make my eyes bleed to see an accent in the word that doesn't have one. "Sonriente" is a word that has the hard sound in the penultimate syllable : Son-ri-EN-te, so you rise a little your voice when you say the "EN", not the "te". In spanish the accent is usually used to indicate the hard sounding syllable in a word.
I don't think you are very aware of the spelling of the word if you keep writing it wrong. Sonriente with a final accent is pronounced: Son-ri-en-TE, and thats is not how spanish people pronounce it. Because a gramatical rule, we spell it without accent.
When I said that it's sad that the misspelling has to be seen by a lot of spanish speakers, I didn't referred to the picture (wich is in fact correct) I was talking about the post, wich is to be seen by a lot of people too, because you are quite famous.
I'm sorry if I bother you, I love your art since I was a child, but I studied spanish for a long long time, (besides I'm spanish) and I though I could help with that.
(If you don't believe me, you can search in a Spanish-English dictionary, or use google translate)
I really hope you understand what I'm trying to say, and I repeat that I don't mean to offend you or anybody (gosh I don't want to offend one of my childhood Icons!)
Thanks for your art, or Muchas Gracias por tu arte.
