This is the final print ready version of the watercolor painting I did of Coraline from Songes Tome 1. It was painted as part of an exhibition featuring a dozen or so watercolors I did in June 2009 at the Galerie du 9eme art in Paris.
After scanning the original painting I darkened up some areas in Photoshop so the art would print better.
I used this darkened version as the back cover of my 2009 Bombshells Sketchbook.
Painted in Watercolors on 11 x 15" Fabriano Classico 300 Hot Press Paper.
Really nice, it looks so perfect, i would like to see it in prismacolor i want to learn how to put brightness in a drawing or even darkness, im in university right now studing animation and if i can learn more of your drowings it will be so cool xD
